HELLO!

Anisi Baigude is a Mongolian American illustrator working in San Diego, California. Her artwork is inspired by the places she grew up in, including Inner Mongolia, China, Japan, Massachusetts, and California. She creates her illustrations using a combination of watercolor, colored pencils, gouache and pastels.

Anisi Baigude is the illustrator of BORN NAUGHTY: My Childhood in China written by Jin Wang with Tony Johnston, published by Anne Schwartz Books at Penguin Random House, and Hunter Hackett’s Odi’s Library Day, which was the first book to be published by the San Diego Public Library.

She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Studio Art.
